Esteban Zuluaga is a Colombian producer based in Los Angeles.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and a Master of Fine Arts in Film and TV Producing from Chapman University. He has produced several awarded short films and documentaries which made him in 2020 a Film Independent Fellow and NALIP Media Market Fellow. He assisted the Former President of The Academy of Motion Pictures, Cheryl Boone Isaacs, for over a year and is currently working as a freelance producer for music videos, commercials, short films and digital content for both artists and brands. He is the co-founder of the Colombian based podcast media company Bielo.io
In January 2020, Esteban also launched an independent production company, Discordia Cine, along with three women filmmakers to support work from underrepresented communities with a focus on Latin America. They are in development on three feature films that have been supported by the Sundance Institute, Film Independent, Tribeca, IFP, Berlinale, and the SFFilm Westridge Grant.
